The devoted and skilled team at Amagansett Golf Club is dedicated to delivering an extraordinary golfing, dining, and clubhouse experience for Members and their guests.
The Club Controller is responsible for all financial operations of the facility including accounting, statement preparation, analyzing and reporting budget performance, payroll, taxes and related activities. Supervises Club staff assigned to assist in the accomplishment of the above activities. Interfaces with the club members and assists the Treasurer, Finance Committee Chair and Audit Committee Chair in reviewing financial results and issues and accommodating their reports to the Board of Directors. Employee reports to the Treasurer and the Director of Golf and Operations.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in hospitality accounting.
• A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a club environment or hospitality related industry in accounting or finance.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related area.
• Certified Public Accountant.
