QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
7–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in multifamily housing or real estate.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit practices.
Experience with affordable housing finance, tax credit programs, and real estate development.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial software and property management systems.
