This position is for someone who has been either an Accounting Manager or Controller for a SMALL manufacturing, distribution or construction company of 75 or less employees. The owner is 4th generation, it’s a family business and he would like to bring someone in who can help them grow and improve their processes to take them to the next level. Keys to hire will be: someone able to create a meaningful P&L branch by branch, monitor collections, cash flow, and develop a credit policy that will attempt to drastically reduce write-offs while not strangling sales, interface with accountants on write-offs, bank reconciliations, posting payroll to GL, calculating and filing quarterly sales taxes, and so much more!
