The Indonesia manufacturing site of ADID is in BIIE Lippo CIkarang West Java & Candi Industrial Estate Semarang, Central Java, but customer spread is in other parts of the country as well. About your role The Controller is responsible for directing the assigned area accounting and tax functions. Specific areas normally include the development and maintenance of planning and budgeting systems, analysis and interpretation of trends requiring management's attention, the preparation of financial and management reports and procedures and the presentation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management. Your responsibilities will include Finance & Accounts Responsible for maintaining all accounting & tax records, implementing budgetary and other systems for internal control, preparing financial reports and interacting with the business or corporate financial function. Coordinate the accounting and tax activities of the assigned area with other departments. Organize work processes, methods and procedures; establish and monitor controls to evaluate unit performance. Ensure all tasks are assigned and performed on time. Prioritize time to focus on the biggest issues. Ensure that all financial reports are prepared and submitted to senior management and governmental agencies as required. Direct the preparation of accounting entries to the general ledger and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information, forecasts and analyses. Coordinate the month-end and year-end close process in accordance with corporate accounting methods and timetables. Review expenditures of assigned areas to ensure compliance with established expense control procedures of the corporation and the operating plan. Review the internal accounting controls of the division to ensure compliance with corporate, SEC and regulatory policies and procedures. Demonstrate and inspire integrity. Coordinate team efforts, create and manage a regional strategy and team operating plan. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related education. 10+ years accounting or related experience with 5 years managerial experience preferred. Effective managerial and leadership skills. CPA strongly preferred. Green Belt preferred. Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of GAAP. Knowledge of applicable state, federal and tax laws. Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
