Als Controller Benelux ondersteun je het management en de operationele functies bij de economische aansturing en planning van de productie- en bedrijfsactiviteiten. Je waarborgt de kostenbeheersing, nauwkeurige rapportages en de analyse van KPI's om strategische beslissingen op Benelux niveau mogelijk te maken. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Berekenen en bewaken van productiekosten, analyseren van afwijkingen en voorstellen voor corrigerende maatregelen om productieprocessen te optimaliseren. Opstellen van periodieke rapportages over omzet, kosten, marges en andere KPI's, en het delen van deze resultaten met het management. Deelnemen aan het periodieke afsluitingsproces, budgettering, forecasting en investeringsplanning, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en naleving van globale richtlijnen gewaarborgd worden. Ondersteunen van kostensimulaties en analyses met betrekking tot wijzigingen in recepturen, lanceringen van nieuwe producten, proceswijzigingen en de berekening van intercompany prijzen (Transfer Prices). Bijdragen aan specifieke projecten binnen de scope van controlling en productie, volgens de prioriteiten die zijn vastgesteld door de global manager. Vereisten: Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accounting, Finance, Economie, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied. Aantoonbare ervaring in soortgelijke functies, bij voorkeur in productie- of business controlling binnen een multinationale omgeving. Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een solide begrip van kostprijsberekening (cost accounting) en financiële rapportage. Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden om samen te werken met internationale teams. Kennis van SAP is een voordeel; uitstekende vaardigheid in Excel is vereist. Nederlands als moedertaal en een goede kennis van het Engels. Responsibilities
