Bond Plumbing Supply Inc. is a leading distributor of plumbing supplies, fixtures, and equipment in Florida. We are looking for a controller to oversee our accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, tax compliance, and internal controls. You will also supervise a team of accountants and clerks and work closely with the CFO and other senior managers.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• A CPA certification or equivalent
• At least five years of experience as a controller or senior accountant in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP Software (Epicor Eclipse), Fast Computer Learner is a Plus.
• Experience in Inventory and Distribution Accounting Analytics is a must have.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
