Description
Camtek, a global public high-tech company and a leader in its field, develops and manufactures advanced inspection and metrology solutions for the semiconductor industry is looking for a Controller to join the Finance team. Key Responsibilities · Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. · Participate in month-end/quarter-end/year-end close processes and oversee accounting entries. · Work on an ongoing basis with external auditors and other external parties. · Prepare tax filings and handle Israeli and international tax matters, in collaboration with tax advisors and professional stakeholders. · Monitor revenues/costs, balance-sheet reconciliations, accruals, and follow-up on material accounts. · Support process implementation, improve internal controls, and automate reporting processes. · Work closely with various departments in Israel and abroad (global finance, operations, FP&A, and others). Mandatory requirements: · Certified Public Accountant (CPA) · Big 4 alumni · 2–5 years of experience in accounting/reporting, including work under US GAAP. · Experience with ERP systems (significant advantage for SAP) and strong proficiency in Excel. · Very high level of English (spoken and written). · Ability to work independently and as part of a team; detailed-oriented, organized, and accurate. Advantages: · Experience in a public/global company or a high-tech company. · Familiarity with SOX and internal controls. · Knowledge/experience with tax matters in Israel and internationally (including work with tax advisors). · Strong systems/computing orientation. · Experience working with overseas teams and in a multi-interface environment.
