Key Responsibilities - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. - Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting to management, board members, and external stakeholders. - Oversee annual audits, coordinate with external auditors, and implement recommendations to strengthen financial controls. - Maintain and enhance job costing systems to accurately allocate manufacturing costs. - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making. - Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets. - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. - Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
