OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to join our team. The Controller will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in accounting practices, and providing strategic financial guidance. This position requires proficiency in various accounting software and systems, as well as a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBook.
  • Experience with payroll processing and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis and reconciliation effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
  • Manage day to day operations of the multiple companies.

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct account reconciliation and analysis to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Develop and implement budgeting processes to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure the integrity of financial data by implementing effective internal controls.
  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks online to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
