This role reports directly to the VP of Accounting and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant ready to grow into greater leadership responsibility. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting processes and month-end close Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Analyze KPIs, job costing, margins, and variances Ensure GAAP compliance, including WIP accounting and revenue recognition Support and help develop accounting staff Assist with annual audits and compliance reviews Partner with operations leaders on budgeting and business performance Improve accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls Provide financial insight to support growth and profitability What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Leadership experience or strong potential to grow into leadership Strong knowledge of GAAP, job costing, WIP accounting, and revenue recognition Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar preferred Background in construction, HVAC, mechanical contracting, or service industries strongly preferred Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Hands-on mindset with ability to solve problems and improve processes Why Join RLP?
