This part-time Controller role blends strategic oversight and technical accounting—giving you the chance to shape financial clarity across major portfolios and meaningful developments in the city.

• Prepare financial statements for both construction jobs-in-progress and property portfolios
• Monitor and forecast cash flow and manage cash positions
• Job costing
• Oversee accounts payable coding and receivable collections
• Review monthly financials for a portfolio of properties and projects
• Support audits—internal, external, and broker-related
• Supervise and assist Property Accountants and guide their financial reporting
