Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions to improve precision and operational effectiveness.
  • Take charge of month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the prompt and accurate preparation of financial statements.
  • Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to financial and legal requirements.
  • Perform Profit and Loss (P&L) clean-up and variance assessments, discovering opportunities for improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Evaluate and enhance partnership structures for financial effectiveness and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee the approval of payments to vendors and partners, upholding financial integrity.
  • Assist partners in reconciling inventory and WIP records to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Provide expertise in managing entity changes and optimizing the company’s structure for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the ERP system to streamline financial processes.
  • Analyze financial data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and cost optimization, guiding informed decision-making
