CONTROLLER

Based out of State College, PA we are at the forefront of innovation, merging sciences with advanced AI to create pioneering weather-related products and services. POSITION OVERVIEW

The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
  • Proficient in GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Experience with auditing and compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with cash flow management and tax compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic insights.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
