Cyclone Manufacturing (A Mubea Aviation Company) is a vertically integrated full-service provider of 3-5 axis machining, sheet metal fabrication, tube bending, welding and minor sub-assemblies of aerospace structural components to the largest aerospace companies such as Boeing, AIDC, Bombardier, Embraer, FACC, GE, IAI, Liebherr, Lockheed Martin, MHI, SAAB, Stelia, Spirit AeroSystems and Triumph Aerostructures. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Controller will oversee all financial reporting functions within the organization. This includes ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, preparing financial statements, and providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership. The Controller will manage the controlling team, streamline financial processes, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This is a key leadership role requiring a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong leadership and financial management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • CPA ( Accounting Designation)
  • Minimum 10 years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work closely with a senior management team

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the planning, organization and development of economic and financial strategies prepared from the analysis of information provided by accounting and controlling areas. Ensure compliance with the company’s financial planning.
  • Review and prepare financial and accounting, according to the periodicity currently established, including, but not restrictively, the following: balance sheets, income statement, cash flow (indirect method), reporting package for the Headquarters, statements of reconciliation of balances and intercompany transactions, statements of costs and inventories, financial statements and explanatory notes.
  • Assistance to the external audit. Coordinate activities of external audits.
  • Support top management in the preparation of reports, information and analysis of investments, expenses, costs, profitability.
  • Participate in the activities of month-end closing activities of the controlling team (monthly P&L report, forecast reports, Budget & MTP);
  • Preparation of the monthly results of the Company’s business units, with explanations of the main variations compared to the budget;
  • Preparation of the Company’s budget and explanation of the main variations in relation to the results of previous years/periods;
  • Preparation of Forecasts and their variations in relation to previously prepared budgets;
  • Support to cost reduction and recovery of operating results (Profit Plan) activities, through ideas, calculations, evaluations and reports that support the activities defined by the organization;
  • Support for the cost analysist in order to make contribution margin analysis
