ROLE OVERVIEW

My client, a growing multi-entity organization is seeking a Controller (or Director of Finance, depending on experience) to take full ownership of the financial reporting function. Reporting directly to the senior finance executive, this role is the cornerstone of their finance operations.
This individual will be fully accountable for the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting across all entities. They will also play a critical role in ensuring the completeness and punctuality of reporting to lenders in support of bank covenant compliance.
This is a hands-on leadership position. The successful candidate must be equally comfortable building financial strategy, working cross-functionally with senior leaders, and rolling up their sleeves to execute detailed work when required.
The role is designed for a professional who is hungry to immerse themselves in the business—its people, processes, and operations—and to develop a high-performing finance team that delivers results.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This is a career-defining opportunity for a driven finance professional ready to step into a role where:
- You are the final line of accountability for financial reporting quality and timeliness.
- You will lead and develop a finance team while also being hands-on as needed.
- You will play a critical leadership role in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
- You will gain significant exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional decision-making.
