JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsibilities include all accounting, HR, IT, and building maintenance
• Review and renew all dealership insurance
• Manage month end process
• Maintain procedures
• Analyze monthly performance of departments
• Reconcile all bank accounts
• Work with auditors on compilations, audits, and tax planning
• Supervise accounting office and maintenance supervisor
• Maintain handbook and stay abreast of changing labor laws
• File all insurance claims
• Represent dealership in legal matters
• Review daily doc and communicate trends to department heads
• File local, state, and federal taxes
• Manage cash and floorplan
• Maintain general ledger, schedules, and reconciliations
• Maintain Quickbooks for all miscellaneous entities
• Review and sign checks, agreements, and contracts
• Manage onboarding for all new hires
• Keep dealership in compliance with all matters

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous dealership experience required
• Must pass drug screening/MVR/background
