Description
Responsible for the plant's overall financial performance, including profit planning, forecasting, and reporting to leadership. Ensure compliance with corporate financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls. Lead a strong culture of financial controls and ensure adherence to US GAAP and SOX requirements. Manage and coordinate month-end closing and support physical inventory processes. Support the SIOP process to align operational targets and drive manufacturing productivity. Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to provide financial leadership. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial accounting or controllership, ideally within manufacturing industries. Digital mindset that is proficient with ERP and Accounting systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Skilled at driving results and change in a matrixed environment through influence and collaboration. Effective at managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a strong work ethic. Proficient in financial reporting, accounting principles, and U.S. GAAP. Capable of integrating finance with cross-functional operations and enabling change. Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to senior leadership. Organized and strategic, with a focus on clarity, impact, and continuous improvement.
