We are seeking a Controller to lead our Accounting Department and oversee financial operations across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will: Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Monitor and manage cash flow to support operations and strategic initiatives. Provide financial guidance to leadership and other departments. Identify and manage financial risks while improving processes and efficiencies. Lead, mentor, and support the Accounting, Credit, and Customer Service teams. Manage IT functions in partnership with third-party providers. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to communicate, motivate, and adapt will be key to your success. Requirements Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required. 5–7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience preferred. Minimum 3 years in a Controller or leadership role preferred.
