• Ihre AufgabenSie erstellen und analysieren Monatsreportings, bereiten Kennzahlen auf und leiten fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
• Sie entwickeln das bestehende Reporting sowie die Planungs- und Forecastprozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
• Sie verantworten die Datenintegration aus diversen Quellsystemen in eine zentrale BI-Plattform.
• Sie konzeptionieren, implementieren und pflegen automatisierte Reports und Dashboards.
• Sie überwachen und optimieren kontinuierlich die Datenqualität an den Schnittstellen sowie die Fehlerbehebung bei automatisierten Import-Routinen.
• Sie identifizieren Effizienz- und Kostensenkungspotenziale und treiben deren Umsetzung aktiv voran.
• Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für bereichsübergreifende Controlling- und Optimierungsprojekte.

Your tasks

• Commercial project management? Right up your alley: Take on a key role in managing and supporting our existing projects within the Social Infrastructure Europe branch.
• You maintain an overview: Consolidate projects within a project company and ensure transparent management of key economic indicators.
• You have a knack for numbers, analysis, and strategy: Use your expertise to develop strategic solutions in liquidity planning, guarantee management, and risk management, and contribute to financial reporting. You will support the planning and creation of forecasts, as well as target/actual comparisons, based on financial models and SAP.
• Digitalization drives you: Support the further development and digitalization of key performance indicators and reports to make the management of our projects even more efficient.
• You can handle accounting and financial statements: You will oversee the preparation of annual financial statements according to German Commercial Code (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and be the contact person for auditors.
• You have a holistic perspective: You support the commercial manager in all relevant processes and independently conduct special analyses.
• Interface & communication is your strength: Act as the central point of contact between the branch, the technical departments (Project Management, Operations Management) and our nationwide service units.
• You are attracted to new challenges: Get involved in special projects such as project sales and refinancing, and support the commercial manager of the business unit in this endeavor.

Your profile

• Your background matters : Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, economics or business administration, or comparable training in the construction sector.
• You bring professional experience: You have at least three years of experience in controlling or a comparable role.
• Financial expertise: Sound knowledge of commercial management, financial planning, controlling and accounting.
• Excel, SAP and Copilot? No problem: You use these tools confidently and have very good Excel skills.
• Database models are not unfamiliar to you: knowledge of JEDOX, S/4HANA, Microsoft Power BI or S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Mindset: You are characterized by initiative, a proactive approach, and economic thinking.
• Communication is your strength: You can express yourself precisely and clearly in German and English.
