They are actively seeking an experienced Controller to manage and oversee the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial management principles, data collection, and expense analysis. As a key member of the finance team, the Controller will ensure accurate financial statements, compliance with regulatory standards, and support strategic business decisions through insightful financial analysis.
This position will work closely with the President and be responsible for driving financial business by identifying potential risks and opportunities for the organization while maintaining the timeliness and accuracy of all findings. The successful candidate will be required to regularly travel between Morden and Winnipeg weekly.
