We’re looking for more than a bookkeeper. This isn’t a back-office number-crunching role — it’s a leadership position on the executive team. You’ll own the financial systems of a growing healthcare company, negotiate with payers and partners, and provide the analysis that guides our strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead all accounting, reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Track profitability, payer mix, CPT reimbursements, and revenue trends.
  • Strengthen billing, credentialing, and collections systems for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create internal controls, financial policies, and oversee expense authority.
  • Provide forward-looking analysis and scenario planning for growth and risk management.
  • Negotiate with payers, vendors, and partners to secure strong financial outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop finance and billing staff into a high-performing team.

We’re open to the right person—whether you’ve already built a few years of experience in finance or accounting, or you’re hungry to step into a leadership role with strong training and support.

  • 3–5+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or operations leadership (this may include time spent in school if that was part of your path).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers; healthcare finance experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proven negotiation ability and confidence influencing outcomes.
  • Clear communicator who can explain financial information to decision-makers.
  • Detail-oriented, but also able to step back and see the bigger picture.
  • Motivated by accuracy, systems, and making a lasting impact on a growing business
