Controller
Are you a seasoned finance professional ready to step into a high-impact leadership role? Our client is looking for a Controller to lead financial strategy, reporting, and performance analysis while mentoring a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to influence decision-making and drive operational success in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead budgeting processes in alignment with company goals, collaborating across departments
  • Analyze financial data to uncover insights, trends, and risks that inform executive decisions
  • Deliver timely and clear financial reports, forecasts, KPIs, and variance analysis
  • Oversee accurate month-end and year-end close processes in compliance with standards
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and long-term financial planning initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards
  • Support audit processes and respond to audit requirements
  • Guide and mentor finance team members to support their growth and development
  • Stay up to date with financial regulations and ensure accurate implementation
  • Lead or support ad hoc financial projects as needed

What You Bring:

  • CPA designation and a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance (IFRS/US GAAP is a plus)
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and financial planning tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience in FX risk management is a bonus
