We are searching for a middle office professional (m, f, d) as a Controller Fund Operations Aufgaben Support the processing of orders in fund operations in the middle office of the asset management as a member of a team / Controlling the execution of the operational fund business e.g. billing processes, contract management, fee flows / Close cooperation with the counterparts in the custodian banks, transfer agents, fund administrators, tax advisors, etc. / SPOC for outsourcing management and multifaceted day-to-day issues / Support with error tracking and quality management / Assisting with the booking of orders in the trading systems / Control of the cash flow of the funds / Controlling of the data quality of write-offs, performance shares, side pockets etc. / Support fund structuring Projects / Control of administrative matters such as general meeting resolutions, changes in management etc. / Preparation of regulatory and annual reports and manage fund taxation matters / Cooperation with various departments during the due diligence process of new investments / Assisting with the implementation of fund products in the systems until the processes are correctly installed / Review and control of updated regulatory requirements and investor investment limits in the systems / Implementation of risk controls to maintain high data and process quality / Communication and cooperation with various specialists in the Funds department.
