Description

LOOKING TO SHAPE THE FUTURE, NOT JUST MANAGE THE PRESENT?

Then you’ll fit right in. Our Controlling team plays a central role in steering and developing our company — through data-driven decisions, clear processes, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
In a constantly evolving environment, we’re looking for someone with vision, initiative, and drive — with a clear focus on performance, transparency, and impact.
If you’re ready to take on responsibility, actively shape change, and bring your analytical and technological skills to the table, we look forward to receiving your application.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional expertise: A degree in business, finance, controlling, or similar, and several years of relevant experience
  • Analytical & conceptual thinking: You grasp complex interrelationships, think strategically, and turn ideas into actionable solutions
  • Tech & innovation mindset: You bring strong Excel and Power Query skills and ideally have experience with SharePoint. You have a genuine interest in digital tools and new technologies – and are eager to contribute to the further development of our systems and processes, including the use of AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT
  • Nice to have: Experience with SAP Hana, Adaptive, Tableau, Power Automate, Office Scripts, or Python
  • Strong communication: You communicate clearly and confidently – in both German and English, written and spoken
  • Working style: You’re self-organized, reliable, and resilient. Our team meets in the Leipzig office on Tuesdays – otherwise, we work flexibly and remotely. That setup suits you well
Responsibilities
  • Controlling with impact: You deliver meaningful reports, forecasts, and analyses – and continuously develop our controlling tools and methodologies
  • Take ownership: You independently lead controlling projects – from concept to technical implementation
  • Make numbers speak: You perform variance and deviation analyses as well as ad-hoc evaluations – with precision, structure, and timeliness
  • Thriving in change: You work in a solution-oriented, agile way and keep a cool head under pressure
  • Collaborate across functions: You partner closely with other controllers and stakeholders from Finance, Tech, and Business – in both German and English
