YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in controlling or similar fields is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, along with an independent, reliable, and flexible working style.
  • Knowledge of SAP modules, Data Warehouse, and excellent MS Office skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

Your place of work will be at the Hella Headquarters in Lippstadt. Here, you will be part of the Finance and Controlling department, driving forward the controlling activities of the business unit Holding.

  • You will act as a competent contact person for the globally responsible management of central functions.
  • You will assist in the preparation of monthly reports and analyze the department’s results on both local and global levels.
  • You will be responsible for preparing budget planning and forecasts in your area and serve as the point of contact for the global controlling network for this function.
  • Additionally, you will conduct ad-hoc analyses and further develop existing controlling tools.
  • You will also contribute to overarching projects.
