PURPOSE
The Controller will report directly to the President and CEO as an advisor and thought partner responsible for all fiscal financial reporting, financial analyses, and management of outsourced bookkeeping. In addition, the Controller will support senior leadership within the organization to budget and monitor financial revenues and expenses associated with administrative, programmatic and development activities. S/he will be the primary contact for the annual audit. The Controller is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of financial regulatory filings including required communications to private grantors, the State of California and the federal government.
