Description

This is your opportunity to join a dynamic, growing, mission-driven ecommerce technology business looking for a full-time on site (not remote) Controller. HVAC Technologies was launched in 2006 and has two operating businesses, a B2C ecommerce business called Same Day Supply and a B2B software business called Contractor Commerce. The Controller will be a key member of our leadership team and will report directly to the CEO.
The company office is located in Lebanon, Ohio, just north of Cincinnati.

Key Responsibilities: Lead all finance, HR and administrative duties within the company, including:

  • Drive the accurate and timely monthly financial closing process
  • Create clear and dynamic business analysis
  • Manage proactive growth metrics
  • Oversee HR, legal and risk management functions
  • Drive thoughtful business planning and budgeting processes
  • Act as primary liaison between company and external CPA

Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes - existing full charge bookkeeper will report to Controller

Requirements: (Please do not apply if you do not have the skills required. Candidates that do not have these skill sets will not be considered.)

  • Minimum of five years experience as the lead financial person in a smaller
  • Direct experience with Quickbooks Online
  • Bachelor’s degree. CMA, CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass a drug screening
  • US citizen or work permit
