Job Description:

• Managing the workflow of all jobs to brand standard
• Manage a team of Technicians ensuring workflow through the workshop is done in an efficient and effective manner
• Provide focused management to the service department team, to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Ensure processes are always adhered to
• Conduct regular process reviews with your Ops Manager to identify operational issues / discrepancies and ensure appropriate follow up actions are taken to rectify
• Manage the performance of the workshop to ensure that KPI targets are achieved
• Manage and plan workshop / support resources to ensure that work requirements are fulfilled
• Support the department team as required and ensure that all work is completed on time
• Support the service department with specifications and coding of non-standard, complex jobs and ensure all such work is approved with customers prior to any work being started

Requirement:

• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience; candidates with automotive industry background preferred.
• Minimum O Level qualification and above.
• 5.5 days work week.
