The Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and the development of efficient financial policies and procedures. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong leader capable of both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. This position is Full-time in our corporate.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds (e.g., files, binders, or office equipment)
• Manual dexterity required for using standard office equipment
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to navigate an office environment and attend occasional in-person meetings or client visits, if applicable

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• CPA certification required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with executive leadership
