Integral HR Solutions is partnering with Bristol Car and Truck Rentals to recruit a strategic-thinking Controller. As a key member of the leadership team, the Controller will report to the President and assume a strategic role.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Seasoned in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Experience with Accounting Functions, Financial Compliance, and Audit Management
  • Knowledge and ability of software applications (e.g. QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel,, etc.)
  • Ability to apply effective leadership and people management skills to build a collaborative team environment, instilling commitment, and communicating change effectively
  • Proficiency in Payroll Management, Financial Controls, and Procedures Implementation
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work on-site (Brampton).
  • A minimum of a CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA (Required).
  • Proven experience in the area of financial statement preparation, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, or the equivalent.
  • Previous Automotive experience will be an asset, or multi-site business experience.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site Controller role located in Brampton, Ontario. The Controller will manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks involve overseeing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the company’s leadership. The Controller will also be responsible for managing payroll, financial audits, and implementing financial controls and procedures.
