EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA designation (or in final stages of completion)

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-entity environment
• Strong leadership of cross-functional financial teams
• Advanced ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Expertise in advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
