The Controller acts as the financial leader, responsible for all accounting related activities for JFS at Home including managerial accounting, high-level accounting and finance activities. They play a critical role in monthly and annual reporting of income, expenses, balance sheet, budgets and bank reconciliations.

JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• In depth understanding of accounting and business concepts.
• Able to analyze financial reports and transactions.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality with regard to protected and sensitive information.
• Able to professionally communicate with internal and external clients.
• Able to organize and present reports and information to applicable internal parties.

PREFERRED EDUCATION

• Master’s in Accounting preferred

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

• At least five years working in the field or related industry with Master’s degree or ten years with Bachelor’s degree
