Description Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Job description: Job description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Controller with a strong manufacturing background to lead our accounting operations and support strategic financial decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and compliance while partnering closely with operations to drive efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a must Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Lead cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Coordinate external audits and tax filings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred) 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including manufacturing Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and production environments Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a must Proven leadership and team management skills Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Company Description Egads is a Las Vegas-based design-build firm specializing in creating themed environments, custom signage, and immersive experiences for the casino, hospitality, and retail industries, offering services from concept to fabrication for large-scale projects like casino merchandising, custom lighting, and entertainment venues.
