To strengthen our Area Finance Team in the LATAM region, we are looking for a Controller to join the AREA LATAM Finance organization to support the area and the markets with reports and analysis to drive further efficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with: Month-end Closing / Analysis and ReportingConsolidation of Country Report for P&L and Balance SheetConsolidate the Country Update reportsPrepare the BPR presentations in coordination with the Off Premise teamPrepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for the LATAM Area Finance Manager Finance Business partner for Regional Managers across the LATAM RegionClose cooperation with the different departments in HQ and Regional HeadquartersSupport Area Finance Management with analysis and financial modelingSupport the LATAM budget owners during the Planning Process Play an active role in regional efficiency projectsSupport the HQ Deep Dives sessions for follow-upsSupport the selection process for new distribution partners with Value Chain and Profitability AnalysisEvaluate prior business proposals and leverage what is learned for new onesProvide insight and analysis of the CPM reportsTake part in the balance sheet review meetings across the regionsTake part in the Value Chain feedback session across the regionSupport the onboarding of new members of the controlling teams Controlling Guidelines quality checks across the regionIO naming convention quality checks across the regionsUpdate and create BI and broadcasting reports (including CPM) for the LATAM team Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance Languages : Fluent English and Spanish / Portuguese is a plus Finance experience, ideally as a Finance Manager or Controller Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment Ability to quickly identify and analyze risks & impacts and define alternatives Highly analytical and very skilled individual Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and cross-functional teams IT literate, excellent MS Excel knowledge, familiarity with any ERP system, and integrated business analysis tool is a strong plus (SAP ERP/BI/Hyperion, etc.)
