POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Controller for our manufacturing division, responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance and will play a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to support the company’s growth objectives.

• Oversee the financial reporting and analysis for the manufacturing division.
• Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Conduct cost accounting and variance analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Manage inventory financials, including valuation and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within the manufacturing sector.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain ERP systems to enhance financial reporting and efficiency.
• Support audit management processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic planning efforts.
