Description Resilient Marinas is rapidly expanding its marina, sales, and service operations throughout the Northeast. We seek a hands-on, systems-oriented financial leader to professionalize our back office, streamline accounting and reporting processes, and implement scalable and sustainable systems to support our growth in the region. This role will complement the company’s regional president providing financial, technical, and administrative leadership while partnering closely to ensure seamless integration of marina, dealership, and service businesses. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Controls Oversee accounting and financial reporting for the region’s marina, real estate, dealership, and service operations. Develop and implement consistent accounting policies, close processes, and internal controls across entities. Ensure accurate consolidation and reporting across marina, real estate, and sales/service businesses. Oversee the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and financial models supporting acquisitions and capex projects. Systems & Process Integration Lead implementation and integration of accounting, marina, dealership, and service management systems. Build automated reporting dashboards and standardized workflows across operating companies. Map and streamline information flow between marina operations, dealership, service, systems, and property management. Operational Partnership Collaborate with the operations teams to align systems with on-the-ground processes. Support operational teams through system implementations and lead training protocols. Support due diligence and onboarding of new acquisitions, ensuring clean integration into corporate systems. Establish metrics and reporting to measure operational efficiency, profitability, and ROI on capex and inventory. Leadership & Development Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and cross-functional communication between operations, accounting, and corporate. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA or MBA preferred. 8–15+ years of experience in accounting/finance roles within multi-entity operating environments (hospitality, real estate, dealership, or marine industries preferred). Proven experience with ERP and system implementations. Strong understanding of lease accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidations. Hands-on operator with the ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
