REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven work experience as a Controller or in a similar role.
• Strong foundation in the accrual basis of accounting and general business practices.
• Proficiency in software, including:
• AI tools for process optimization.
• Project tracking platforms like ClickUp.
• Google Suite for seamless collaboration.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risks related to financial reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration and clarity.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines with professionalism.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
