Title: Controller
Location: 408 Higuera Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 (not a remote position)
Schedule: Weekdays, 40 hours/week, Full-Time
Practice Setting: Private Outpatient Practice
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. Five years of hands-on accounting managerial experience. CPA certification preferred but not required.
Compensation: $85,000 to $120,000 depending on experience plus benefits

SUMMARY:

Manage accounting department providing information, primarily financial in nature, about all company activities that will assist management, its shareholders and other users in making educated economic decisions about the company’s future.

• Paid Time Off We offer 3 weeks or 15 days/year for the first 2 years of employment, 4 weeks or 20 days/year when beginning your third year, 5 weeks or 25 days/year after 10 years of employment. All PTO accrues per pay period to equal these amounts annually. Additionally, we offer selected paid holidays.
