Who are we? 3D PLUS USA, INC. a HEICO subsidiary (www.heico.com [http://www.heico.com], NYSE HEI), is a distributor of electronic modules for 3D PLUS France to US and Canada.    Who are we looking for? We are seeking a talented Controller and Office Manager to join our growing team at 3D PLUS USA, INC.     Core Responsibilities * Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards. * Day-to-Day Accounting: Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and payroll departments. * Audit & Control: Develop, monitor, and enforce internal controls to protect assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. Coordinate both internal and external audits. * Compliance: Manage federal, state, and local tax filings, as well as regulatory and licensing requirements. * Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist leadership in the annual budgeting process, monitor performance, and report on budget variances. * Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor the accounting and finance staff     Administrative: * Manage staff of 3 * Cross-functional training of staff * Manage customers platforms – ensuring reps and certs are up to date, quotes & POs are generated and acknowledged * Organizing and coordinating Annual US Sales Meeting * On-boarding new hire in ADP * Payroll Processing * Benefits administration * Ad hoc projects   Key qualifications: * Experience: Typically requires 7+ years in accounting or finance, with proven management experience. * Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required. * Technical Proficiencies: Advanced understanding of US GAAP, SOX Compliance, Revenue Recognistion and hands-on expertise with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g. QuickBooks, Floqast, Planning Analytics).
