REQUIREMENTS

· CPA designation or equivalent financial expertise preferred.
· 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and operations, ideally in small to medium business or entrepreneurial settings.
· Proven ability to manage multiple functional areas, including accounting, operations, IT, and HR.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, resourceful approach.
· Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
