Description Key Responsibilities Provide financial updates and insights to senior management through data evaluation and analysis Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines Achieve budgeting goals through effective scheduling and analysis Assist in developing short- and long-term operational strategies Maintain internal safeguards over financial data Reporting financial information to regulatory agencies Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards Implement consistent accounting practices and procedures Develop internal controls to protect company assets and ensure policy compliance Lead and support the accounting team to foster trust and productivity Assist with financial audit management Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with the Oregon Coast Bank Employee Handbook and all related policies Requirements Required Qualifications Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis Proven track record in financial project management Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
