This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee critical financial functions, ensure robust internal controls, and support the company’s strategic initiatives through expert financial management and analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Manage month-end and year-end close processes - Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial transactions - Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process - Maintain and enhance internal controls and financial systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency - Oversee financial accounting, reporting, tax compliance, investment, and fund accounting functions - Support business leadership by providing financial analysis, enterprise reporting, and insights to inform decision-making - Assist in developing and executing capital plans aligned with organizational goals - Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements - Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations - Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth Join Parker Ranch and become part of a company committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.
