With a focus on safety, quality, and environmental protection, we serve clients across North America and internationally. As we scale, we’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Controller to lead our finance and accounting operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA designation (or equivalent experience) preferred
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a small or mid-sized business
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise is essential
• Experience managing or preparing U.S. tax filings including US state sales tax
• Strong understanding of inventory, cost accounting, and job costing
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
• Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on—this is a roll-up-your-sleeves role

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on accounting leadership position. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves for daily transactional work and providing strategic financial insights to support our growth. You’ll oversee all aspects of our finance function, manage compliance across Canada and the U.S., and play a critical role in budgeting and operational decision-making.
