JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires expertise in various accounting software, including QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero, as well as a strong understanding of budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Controller or similar role within an accounting environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including account reconciliation and analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
