Skilled in QuickBooks Online.
CPA designation preferred.
At least 3 years of accounting experience required

GAAP Accounting and reconciliation
Perform accurate and timely cash processing, deposits, and recording in line with internal controls.
Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice review, General Ledger coding, approval routing, and timely distribution of payments.
Create audit workpapers and perform monthly and annual account reconciliations.
Oversee monthly and annual financial close processes and prepare financial analysis reports.
Act as a primary contact for external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reconciliations, workpapers, and requested materials.
Contribute to budget preparation by working with department leaders and providing timely budget comparison reports throughout the year.
Take on special projects, attend meetings, and participate in professional development activities as assigned.
