We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team on a Contract basis in Dayton, Ohio. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with three days on-site and two days remote each week. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting and finance, along with expertise in NetSuite and financial planning.

• Oversee month-end close processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts to guide financial decision-making.
• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support organizational goals.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and maintain strong accounting practices.
• Manage financial planning and analysis (FP& A) activities, particularly in a recurring revenue environment.
• Utilize NetSuite software to streamline accounting operations and reporting.
• Support and monitor cash flow management to ensure financial stability.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management, including month-end close.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Advanced skills in financial planning and analysis (FP& A).
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
