We empower dentists by handling operational aspects, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences. As we expand our network, we are looking for a skilled Controller to join our financial team.
Sage Intacct experience required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Sage Intacct.
• CPA/CMA certification required.
• Experience as a controller, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax management.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• Prepare comprehensive balance sheets and profit and loss (P&L) reports to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across our 60+ dental offices, providing insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Lead the company’s tax compliance efforts, ensuring timely and accurate filings in accordance with regulatory requirements.
