Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Controller with a manufacturing background to join a global company located in Selkirk.
This role will report directly to the General Manager and is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations and reporting.
Do you have a professional accounting designation? Do you have previous experience as a Controller in a manufacturing setting? Do you work well independently and enjoy working in a casual, steady work environment?
Do have outstanding problem-solving skills, enjoy working with numbers and create efficiency?
Are you tech-savvy, work with a high degree of accuracy, are a self-starter, a great leader, and a big-picture thinker? Are you able to pass a criminal background check, have your own vehicle, and a valid driver’s license?

QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA certification required
• Previous working experience as a Controller is required
• Great leadership skills,
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities with big-picture thinking
• Deep understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and able to intermittently travel within Canada
