• Lead annual budgeting process, monitor performance against budgets and develop financial forecasts to guide planning
• Analyze financial data and identify trends with measurable goals and track performance of attorneys, clients and areas of practice
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including cost control
• Handle payroll and related tasks
• Analyze and prepare financial reports and statements
• Create and/or update internal accounting processes
