OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

· CPA designation is required for this role
· Experience in accounting for the construction industry, including familiarity with job costing, project financial tracking, and contract management, is an asset
· Proficiency in Sage software is required to efficiently manage financial data, reporting, and payroll systems
· Have alignment with our core values
· Management of IT systems and software applications, in coordination with our third-party IT service provider
· Assist with M&A opportunities
· Lead initiatives for external sources of capital, if required in the future
· Manage the Company’s Insurance policies
